The Creative Flow Method is an integrative approach that combines insights from psychology, neuroscience, and spiritual practice to explore how creativity can support healing and personal transformation.

My work is rooted in research on flow state and altered states of consciousness, as well as years of experience facilitating creative workshops, meditation practices, and embodied movement.

Through simple creative rituals and reflective practices, individuals can learn to access deeper awareness, emotional processing, and intuitive insight.

I am the founder of The Creative Flow Method, an approach that blends creativity, neuroscience, and spiritual practice to help individuals reconnect with their intuition and unlock their natural flow state.

My background spans education, creative facilitation, and trauma-informed healing practices. I am a nationally recognized mentor, published poet, public speaker, certified Reiki Master, and fitness instructor integrating somatic movement into creative practice.

I am currently pursuing a PhD in Integral and Transpersonal Psychology, where my research explores creative flow as an altered state of consciousness and its potential for psychological healing and human transformation.

Through workshops, courses, meditations, and creative practices, I help others rediscover their inner wisdom and become the artists of their own lives.
